The Metroplex is our furthest regular run and our second-largest market. Deliveries go out weekly, which means the answer to "when can you get here" depends mostly on which day you ask.

The short answer
We deliver IBC totes across Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding Metroplex in three to four business days on a weekly scheduled run. Buy-back collection is available on the return leg at favourable rates. Minimum for free collection is 20 units, and larger loads are scheduled into the standing run.

Planning around a weekly cycle
A weekly run is a constraint and an opportunity. If your order lands the day before the truck leaves, you get it fast and cheap. If it lands the day after, you wait. Tell us your real deadline and we will either put you on this week's truck or be honest that you are on next week's.
For anything urgent we can hot-shot the Metroplex, but at 195 miles that is a genuinely expensive way to move containers and we will always ask whether waiting four days is an option first.
Coverage and stops along the way
Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Garland, Mesquite, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Denton, Lewisville, Waxahachie, Cleburne and Weatherford. The route also serves Temple, Belton, Waco, Hillsboro and Killeen, which frequently means those stops are the fastest deliveries we make outside Austin.

Questions people actually ask
Why is DFW slower than Houston when it is a similar distance?
Frequency, not distance. Houston runs more often because the corridor generates constant intake in both directions. DFW is more delivery-weighted, so the run is weekly rather than several times a week.
Do you cover Waco and Temple?
Yes, on the same route, and they are usually the first stops. If you are in the I-35 middle you often get better service than the Metroplex itself.
Can I collect from Austin instead?
Plenty of Metroplex customers do exactly that for smaller orders — three hours each way in a pickup with two totes beats an LTL bill most weeks.
