Nine times out of ten a tote that "failed" needs a four dollar gasket. We keep the whole parts drawer, we know which thread standard you are looking at from a photo, and we will post a single fitting if that is all you need.

The short answer

We stock the full consumable and fitting range for IBC totes: 2" ball and butterfly valves, S60×6 buttress adapters, camlock couplers, garden hose and NPT adapters, 6" lids vented and solid, gaskets in EPDM, Viton and silicone, dust caps, and complete cages and pallets sold separately. Prices run from $4 for a gasket to $189 for a complete valve-and-adapter kit.

The thread standard problem, solved once

IBC outlets are not standardised across manufacturers, which is why every yard has a drawer of adapters and every buyer has been sent the wrong one. There are four you will meet in Texas.

If you are unsure, photograph the outlet with a tape measure across the face and send it on the quote form. We identify it from the image, quote the right adapter, and you skip the return shipping.

What we keep on the shelf

  • Valves: 2" ball valve (standard and restricted flow), 2" butterfly valve, 3" butterfly for large outlets, lever and gear handles.
  • Adapters: S60×6 to 2" NPT male and female, S60×6 to garden hose thread, S60×6 to 2" camlock type A/C/E/F, 3" step-downs.
  • Lids: 6" solid, 6" vented, 9" solid for older builds, tamper-evident rings, o-rings for each.
  • Caps: 2" dust caps in plain and tethered, tamper seals, security lock caps.
  • Structure: complete galvanised cages, composite / plastic / steel pallets, and bare HDPE bottles in 275 and 330 gallon.
  • Handling: forklift guards, corner protectors, stacking spacers, tie-down straps rated for a filled tote.
  • Site kit: spill pallets and bunds rated to 110 % of a single tote, drip trays, tote heaters and insulating jackets.

?Common questions

Questions people actually ask

Can I buy a cage or a pallet on its own?

Yes. Cages, pallets and bare bottles are all sold separately, which is usually the cheapest possible repair. A straightened reclaimed cage costs a fraction of a new tote and will outlive two more bottles.

Will a garden hose adapter give me useful flow?

It gives you convenience, not flow. Necking a 2-inch outlet down to a 3/4-inch hose thread costs you roughly 85 % of your flow rate. For irrigation, run a 2-inch camlock to a 2-inch layflat and step down at the far end.

Do you stock valves for the 3-inch outlets?

Yes — 3" butterfly valves and S100×8 adapters. Large outlets are less common but they turn up constantly on ex-European cages, and nobody local stocks the fittings.

Is there a minimum order on parts?

No. We will drop a single gasket in an envelope. It costs us almost nothing and it keeps a tote in service, which is the entire point of this company.
