One address, three email addresses, and a form that reaches a person rather than a queue. No phone number, because we genuinely do not have one — and a number nobody answers is worse than none at all.

Buying, selling, washing, hauling or just asking — this form reaches the same people. Quantity, ZIP and what the containers hold are the fields that get you a fast answer.

A working address — the quote comes back here.

US or Canada only, in the format (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

US state or Canadian province — name or two-letter code.

US ZIP (XXXXX or XXXXX-XXXX) or Canadian postal code (A1A 1A1).

26 totes fill a 53-foot trailer single-stacked.

Quotes are written by a human in the Austin yard, usually the same day. We never sell or share what you send us.

Written answers, same business day for anything in before about 3pm. If you would rather talk it through, ask in your message and we will call you.

Fastest route to a real number

Four facts turn an enquiry into a quote without a round trip: how many containers, the delivery postal code, what they will hold, and — if you are selling — what they last held. Add photographs if you are selling and we can usually price the stack the same afternoon.

02Directions

Getting here

3505 Montopolis Drive sits in the industrial pocket on the east side, between Ben White Boulevard and the Colorado River. From SH-71 take Montopolis north; from Riverside take it south. The gate is on the west side of the road and there is turning room inside for a full trailer.

  • Six minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
  • Ten minutes from the US-183 / SH-71 interchange
  • Fifteen minutes from downtown outside rush hour, twenty-five inside it
  • Yard gates close thirty minutes before the office — do not arrive at 4:55

If you are collecting containers, bring ratchet straps. We will load you and we will not let you leave unsecured, but we do not hand out straps. Two totes in a pickup bed want four straps and a healthy respect for the on-ramp at 71.

?Questions

Before you write

Why is there no phone number anywhere on this website?

Because the company does not have one. Twenty-two people, four of whom are driving at any given moment, and a yard loud enough that a phone conversation is a shouted one. Everything starts with the form or with email, a person at the yard reads it, and a written answer comes back — usually the same day. If you would rather talk, say so in the message and we will call you.

Can I visit without an appointment?

Yes, during yard hours, for a look and a purchase. Bring straps if you are taking containers away. If you want the full tour — wash line, granulator, rainwater array — ask ahead and we will arrange it properly.

How quickly do you reply?

Same business day for anything received before about 3pm, next morning otherwise. Quotes requiring an SDS review or a freight lookup can take until the following day, and we will tell you that rather than going quiet.

What should I include to get a useful answer fast?

Quantity, delivery postal code, what the containers will hold and — if you are selling — what they last held. Those four facts turn a conversation into a quote. Photographs help enormously if you are selling.

Do you have a trailer turning circle?

Yes. There is room for a 53-foot trailer to turn inside the gate, which is not true of every yard in this part of East Austin. Come in from Montopolis rather than trying the back approach.
